Welcome To Our Farm

Welcome To Our Farm

"Speak What You Seek Until You See What You Said."

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to raise my children on a farm. A simple way of life where they could learn valuable skills to be self sufficient and have a never ending curiosity for learning, growing and progressing.

It's taken me a long time, a ton of hard work, and an amazing knack for aligning with the perfect people that hold opportunities to reach these dreams. And for that journey I am so grateful, the patience persistence and drive I have earned for the hardships I've faced have fully prepared me for this life.

We have big dreams to turn our modest farm into the most wholesome, holistic hobby farm and community gathering and growing spot this area has ever seen. My husband Thomas and I are therapeutic foster parents, and we also love providing respite (babysitting for other foster parents) for as many children as we can. The homes I've lived in previously have seriously limited the amount of children and level of needs I could safely accept but this farm opens the door for us to help an immeasurable amount of kids now!

As we grow we have HUGE plans to benefit the entire community! We just moved here in October and are working so hard to get this land ready to produce! We walked into a lot of work but are making great progress. In the long term we see our farm as a full service rental venue, beautiful weddings held in the barn, community events and family activities every chance we can. When renting our venue you can choose to have your event catered with farm fresh selections, fresh cut flowers and eventually lodging during your event as well!

We hope to have our seasonal attractions ready next fall, a pumpkin and sunflower patch, hayrides,  and all the fall family fun our area has to travel to enjoy! Not anymore, Raising Roots Farms aims to be your families favorite fall destination.

In the meantime we are continuously looking for Licensed Animal Therapists that may be interested in renting a stall and pasture and beginning an equine/animal therapy service to please reach out! This is a passion project very close to our heart, and one that will take a village to accomplish but could impact countless generations for years to come!

We are so excited to have your support as we begin our journey and can’t wait to bring our dreams to you! Stay tuned for new products, check out our catalog to book an event at the barn, a photo shoot on the property or any event!
